Abstract:
To provide a method for simultaneously executing a chemical reaction and controlled crystallization of products by using an impinging fluid jet stream containing a reactant which can manufacture the products having desired particle size characteristics.
One or more jet stream 1 of a solution of a first reactive intermediate in a first solvent and one or more jet stream 2 of a solution of a second reactive intermediate in a second solvent are made to collide and mix with each other at an impulse point 3 so as to generate violent turbulence in the temperature and pressure conditions which enable reaction to be caused to generate products.
