Abstract:
To provide a reactive modifier for thermosetting resin that can give a cured product of thermosetting resin excellent adhesive strength, heat thermostability, bendability and electric characteristics (low dielectric constants), and a thermosetting resin composition comprising the same, and a cured product.SOLUTION: A reactive modifier for thermosetting resin contains a copolymer (A) that contains, as essential constitutional units, a constitutional unit derived from a monofunctional radical-polymerizable monomer (a) having an aromatic group, a constitutional unit derived from a monofunctional radical-polymerizable monomer (b) having no aromatic group but having a saturated aliphatic group, and a constitutional unit (e) having a radical-polymerizable group. The saturated aliphatic group included in the monomer (b) has 6-22 carbon atoms. The monomer (b) has a solubility parameter of 8.0 or more and less than 9.5. The copolymer (A) has a weight average molecular weight of 3000-70000.SELECTED DRAWING: None
