Abstract:
To provide a reactor which improves filling property of a mold resin into a gap part in a resin core and improves inductance.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a reactor comprising: a coil including a winding part; a magnetic core including an E-shaped first core part, a T-shaped or E-shaped second core part and a gap part; and a mold resin part. The first core part is a molded body of a composite material including a first middle core part. The second core part is a power-compressed molded body including a second middle core part. The gap part is disposed between an end face of the first middle core part and an end face of the second middle core part inside of the winding part. The end face of the first middle core part includes an annular outer end face, a peripheral surface and an inner end face. The end face of the second middle core part, the outer end face and the inner end face are flat surfaces. A ratio of an area of the inner end face with respect to an area of the outer end face is 0.30 or more and 1.35 or less. The mold resin part includes a portion provided between the outer end face and the end face of the second middle core part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
