Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor which can reduce leakage magnetic flux and is excellent also in productivity.SOLUTION: A reactor includes: a coil 2 having wound parts 2a, 2b; a magnetic core 3 which is arranged in the inside and outside of the wound parts and forms a closed magnetic circuit; a case 4 in which a combinational body 10 having the coil 2 and the magnetic core 3 is housed; and a filler 6 which is filled into the case and embeds at least a part of the combinational body 10 therein. The filler 6 contains resin 6r and magnetic powder 6m and its relative magnetic permeability is 1.5 or more and 5 or less. The magnetic core 3 includes: a plurality of core pieces whose relative magnetic permeability is larger than that of the filler 6; and a gap part which is formed by interposing a part of the filler 6 between the core pieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
