Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent heat removing performance and to attain uniform quality and uniform temp. of a reaction product by forming a device in such way that the height of a support body and the interval of arrangement by a specific relation are satisfied in the reaction device in which the narrow bandplates like support bodies are arranged with a specific interval on the inside surface of a reaction container main body, and laid over a bandplate like fulling board between the support bodies.
SOLUTION: In the reaction container, the narrow bandplates like support bodies 5 are arranged with a specific interval in the whole or one portion of the inside surface of a body part 2, and the bandplate like fulling board 7 having width equal to the interval of arrangement of the support bodies 5 is laid over between the support bodies 5. At this time, the height of the support bodies 5 is defined as H, and the interval of arrangement of the support bodies 5 is as L, then the H and L are in the relation of 2≤L/H≤6. A refrigerant flowing from respective inflow ports 11a-11d circulates several times in the flow path formed with the fulling board 7, the support bodies 5 and the inside surface of the body part 2 along the inside surface of the body part 2, then discharged from respective outflow ports 12a-12d, and during this time, the reaction heat generated by polymerization in the container is removed through a wall of the container main body which is kept at a proper reaction temp.
