To provide a reactor capable of sufficiently achieving insulation between a coil and a core.

The reactor 1 includes: a coil 11 formed by spirally winding a conductor wire 110 for generating magnetic flux by carrying a current thereto; and a core 12 formed by solidifying a magnetic powder mixture resin filled in the inside and outside of the coil 11. In the coil 11, the entire coil 11 is covered with an insulation coat 14 having an electrical insulation property in a state in which at least corner parts 111 of the coil 11 appearing in a reactor cross section S being a cross section in parallel to a winding axis direction of the coil 11 is covered with insulation caps 13 each having an electrical insulation property.
