Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase bearing power by pressing in an agglomerative fluid material in a cylindrical bag body whose upper and lower parts are installed on a ready-made pile by a band, and forming an expanded part on the pile lower end in a burying construction method.
CONSTITUTION: By a band 5, a cushion material 7 and a cylindrical bag body 4 are fastened to the outer periphery of a steel pipe concrete composite ready- made pile 3 composed of a steel pipe 1 on the outer periphery and hollow concrete 2 brought into close contact with the steel pipe 1 on an inside surface, and upper and lower parts are installed. In the steel pipe 1 of the ready-made pile 3, a spiral flat projection 6 is arranged over the whole surface. An injection pipe 9 to inject an agglomerative fluid material into the bag body 4 is arranged in a hollow concrete part. Dislocation between the steel pipe 1 and the bag body 4 is prevented only by fastening them with low tensile force by the band 5, and the bag body 4 is reliably fixed to the ready-made pile 3. Since the agglomerative fluid material such as cement milk is pressed in and hardened, the ready-made pile 3 and a hardening body 8 are firmly and integrally stuck together, and high bearing power is obtained.
