Abstract:
To provide an ordering system for ready-mixed concrete so that an orderer can change order contents without hassle when the ready-mixed concrete cannot be delivered according to the order contents.SOLUTION: A ready-mixed concrete ordering system 1 is provided with delivery availability determination means for determining delivery availability of ready-mixed concrete based on order information of the ready-mixed concrete, factory information indicating candidate suppliers capable of transporting the ready-mixed concrete within a predetermined time, and candidate group information including a plurality of the factory information associated with reservation information indicating an acceptance status of order reservation of the ready-mixed concrete, alternative derivation means for deriving alternative information indicating an alternative of the order if the delivery availability determination means determines that the ready-mixed concrete cannot be delivered, and presentation means for presenting the alternative derivation information derived by the alternative derivation means to an ordering party C, in which the alternative derivation means derives the alternative information based on the candidate group information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
