Abstract:
To provide a real estate-related economy system and a method of managing the same, which changes an interest repayment system, facilitates management and recovery of a loan by an economical organization, and automatically performs notification to a loan customer.SOLUTION: A real estate-related economy system 1 has economical organization servers 30, 40, a sales terminal 50, and a real estate service platform 100. The economical organization servers record housing loan information of a customer. The housing loan information includes a housing loan interest rate. The sales terminal receives transaction to be carried out through a purchase certificate 25. The purchase certificate is associated with a digital money. The real estate service platform calculates a difference between the transaction through the purchase certificate and the housing loan interest of the customer during a corresponding adjustment period, and provides a first difference to the economical organization servers to withdraw the housing loan interest during the adjustment period.
