The device is structured so that a rear-front axle and a rear-rear axle are held by a pair of right and left leaf springs 2, the intermediate part of which are pivoted to a car body 1, and torque rods 9, 10 longitudinally extending along the leaf springs. In this case, a low spring member 13 is put- installed between the bearing surface 11 of the leaf spring 2 and the spring seat surface 12 provided on an axle housing 7, etc., of each rear axle. Side stoppers 18, etc., abutting on the outside surfaces of the leaf springs 2 are respectively provided at the axle housings 7, etc. of both rear axles at the positions behind the respective rear axles. Thus, even when a slight lateral force is generated during the travelling of a vehicle, restoring moment in yawing direction can be generated by compliance under-steering the rear axles.
