Abstract:
A back door structure comprises the components of a hinge which is arranged at the upper end of a back door and is configured for fixing back door in a rotatable manner relative to a vehicle body; a locking part which is arranged on the vehicle body and is arranged at the lower end of an opening; a latching mechanism body which is arranged at the lower end of the back door and is configured for locking the back door in a closed state through locking to the locking part; and a reinforcing plate on which the latching mechanism body is mounted and is configured to a supporting part that is fixedto an inner panel. In the back door structure, the opening is formed at the supporting part of the inner panel. The reinforcing plate comprises a recessed part which is inserted into the opening and outwards projects from the inner space of the back door that is surrounded by the inner panel and the outer panel, and a joining part which can be joined with the inner panel. Furthermore the latchingmechanism body is mounted on the bottom surface of the recessed part and inclines so that the projecting amount from the supporting part of the bottom surface reduces from movement from one side of the inner panel to one side of the outer panel.
