Abstract:
To provide a rear surface protective sheet capable of contributing to improvement of designability of solar cell module and improvement of generation efficiency, by forming a dark and easily adhesive layer on the surface of a white resin base material layer, and excellent in adhesiveness and blocking resistance in the manufacturing stage.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of rear surface protective sheet includes a step of forming a dark and easily adhesive layer 12 by coating the surface of a white resin base material layer 11 with dark color aqueous primer coating liquid. The dark color aqueous primer coating liquid is an aqueous dispersion composed of acid modified polyolefin resin, an organic dark-color pigment permeating a near infrared ray having a wavelength of 750-1500 nm, and a wax, and a solvent where an aqueous medium is a main solvent, and the average grain size of the acid modified polyolefin resin in the aqueous dispersion is 1.0-2.5 times that of the organic dark-color pigment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
