Abstract:
To provide a receiving device and a decoding method capable of reducing the power consumption of decoding processing of a plurality of subcarrier signals.SOLUTION: A receiving device includes a receiving unit that receives a plurality of subcarrier signals, each containing encoded data, a plurality of acquisition units that acquire a predetermined amount of data from each of the plurality of subcarrier signals, an error correction unit that corrects errors in the plurality of subcarrier signals by executing a decoding calculation process on the predetermined amount of data acquired by each of the plurality of acquisition units in a time-division manner, and a control unit that causes the error correction unit to continuously execute the decoding calculation process for each predetermined amount of data a set number of times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
