L judgement values C01-C04 for judging the L pulse width of an input signal R3 and H judgement values C11-C14 for judging a H pulse width are memorized in ROM 23a of a microcomputer 23. The L judgement values C01-C04 and H judgement values C11-C14 are set based on the L pulse width and H pulse width of a receive signal R1 outputted from a RF receive circuit 7 and the shift time of a start up edge between the receive signal R1 and an input signal R3 by the accent of a wave. The microcomputer 23 measures the pulse width of the input signal R3 and when it is L level, it is compared with the L judgement values C01-C04 and when it is H level, it is compared with the H judgement values C11-C14. Based on these comparison results, the microcomputer 23 judges whether the occasional input signal R3 is a bit '0' or '1'.
