Signals in which the maximum four images for the same program are divided into the four channels and transmitted simultaneously are selected by one of the channel selectors 11 to 15, and the signal on one channel of them is selected by a first selection part 20, and decoded by one of decoders in a decoder part 30 independently, and outputted from one of output devices 52 to 55. The signal transmitted on the single channel is selected by one of the channel selectors 11 to 15, and decoded by one of decoders in the decoder part 30 independently, and outputted from one of the output devices 52 to 55.
