PURPOSE: To realize a receiving inspection management system for parts which automatically inputs the inspection result through an inspection device to automatically decide the acceptance of the inspection and control strictness of the inspection and also controls the automatic transportation of the parts.
CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with an order file F1, a figure number information file F2, an inspection history file F3, a sampling table file F4, and a processor 10. When the parts are inspected, the processor 10 refers to the files F1 and F2 to extract and output the data on the inspection. An inspection device 20 performs the inspection with designation of the data and inputs the inspection result. Then, the processor 10 compares the input inspection result, the acceptance level of the file F2, and the acceptance number of the file F4 with each other. Thus, the processor 10 decides the acceptance or rejection of parts and also stores the inspection result in the inspection history file F3.
