Title:
RECEIVING LAYER FORMATION METHOD FOR INK-JET RECORDING AND RECEIVING LAYER FORMATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005243138
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To apply liquefied embrocation with uniform film thickness and enhance smoothness and the uniform film thickness by leveling.

A disk D is loaded on a rotary table 15. From a plurality of nozzles arranged in a radial direction water based embrocation is applied to a printing surface of the disk D. The water based embrocation is laid on the printing surface in liquid droplet shape from each of the nozzles and let them levelled mutually. A coating film is formed by rotating the disk 360°. The disk, on which the coating film is formed, is mounted on a supporting member connected to an ultrasonic oscillator, an ultrasonic wave is oscillated, and the coating film is forced to be planalized. The disk D is mounted on a sheet heating element 34, and a first, a second, a third heater for the sheet heating element are heated. With heat conducting through the tray positioned between each of the heaters and the disk, temperature gradient is given from an inner side towards an outer side, and the coating film is dried from the back side. Drying progresses gradually from the inner side of the disk D towards its outer side. The coating film contracts/dries and forms an ink receibving layer with uniform film thickness.
