Abstract:
To provide a Recepmation device and a program which can provide easy-to-follow guidance on a self-service laundry process to be completed by a user and enable the user to run washing and drying cycles based on a material of the user's futon mattress in a worry-free manner.SOLUTION: A Recepmation device according to an embodiment which is placed in a launderette for managing reception and provides guidance on a self-service laundry process of washing and drying cycles according to a material of a futon mattress includes: a touch monitor on which a video providing guidance on the self-service process based on the material of the futon mattress is displayed and a control device which performs control on the touch monitor. The control device performs control to display a screen showing a list of identification codes for respective materials, display one identification code selected from the list of the identification codes for the respective materials, and in response to transmission by a mobile device which has read one identification code, outputs the video providing guidance on the self-service process associated with one identification code on the mobile device and/or the touch monitor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
