Title:
RECEPTION EQUIPMENT FOR SPREAD SPECTRUM COMMUNICATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3396633
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration of a holding part (PN code register) for holding pseudo-noise(PN) code streams and to easily control the switching of PN code streams.
SOLUTION: Based on an output from an SH 2 for sampling/holding a received spread spectrum signal and a PN code held in a PN code register 4, a matched filter 1 performs correlative operation. The PN code register 4 is composed of first and second registers 4a and 4b for separately holding one of PN code streams which is used for current correlation operation and PN code stream inputted for updating, and alternately switches the use of first and second registers 4a and 4b. Thus, the PN code stream held in one of the registers can be used for the correlation operation at all times, and it is not necessary to provide as many registers as the number corresponding to the plural PN code streams.
