Abstract:
To supply air to a ram shaft through an inner portion of a reciprocating linear motion mechanism, and to blow off a can after forming at a good timing.SOLUTION: A reciprocating linear motion mechanism of a can forming device is equipped with a housing that has an internal gear around a first center axis, a first rotator that is coupled to the housing so as to relatively rotate around the first center axis, a second rotator that has an external gear engaged with the internal gear around a second center axis parallel with the first center axis, and is coupled to the first rotator so as to relatively rotate around the second center axis, a ram shaft coupling portion that is connected to the second rotator, and reciprocates a reciprocating linear motion in a predetermined direction while rotating a third center axis C3 parallel with the second center axis, a valve portion 80 that is connected to the ram shaft coupling portion, and an air supply path 28 that passes through the respective inner portions of the first rotator, the second rotator, the ram shaft coupling portion, and the valve portion 80. The valve portion 80 is switched between a circulation mode in which air can pass through the inner portion, and an interception mode in which air cannot pass through the inner portion, according to a rotary position around the third center shaft C3 of the ram shaft coupling portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
