Then, pipes are land from the water tank 14 to a flushing water tank 11 of a toilet or a washing machine 12 to supply the water by the head difference. When necessary, it is supplied to sprinkling nozzles on the roof to thaw snow and the thawed water is circulated for a snow-thawing device. In this case, the water level in the water tank and water reservoir 4, 2 is measured by a water level meter 5, 6 and controlled by a control disk 16. In this way, a reclaimed device used as a snow-thawing device in common can be inexpensively obtained.
