Title:
RECOMBINANT VECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000253875
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a recombinant vector capable of readily providing transformed yeast capable of expressing desired different kind of protein on the surface of a cell and excellent in general purpose property by making the recombinant vector have a specific multicloning site and an agglutinin gene segment region.

This recombinant vector has (A) multicloning site composed of a DNA sequence selected from (i) ScaII BglII NcoI XhoI site and (ii) ScaII NcoI SmaI SaiI SphI XhoI site, capable of inserting different kind of protein gene to yeast and (B) agglutinin gene fragment region. The agglutinin gene fragment is preferably a DNA fragment comprising a sequence encoding 320 amino acids from C terminal of α-agglutinin derived from the genus Saccharomyces and 3'-non-translation region comprising 446 base. Furthermore, the terminal on agglutinin gene fragment region side is XhoI recognition sequence and the terminal on side opposite to the agglutinin gene fragment region is SacII recognition sequence.
