This recommendation order selection device acquiring information from a prescribed person via a prescribed network and selecting the recommendation order of the content by the acquired information has: an importance level-calculating information acquisition management part allowing the prescribed person to acquire importance level-calculating information for calculating an importance level of the content by input of the user and to manage it; and a recommendation order selection part selecting the recommendation order of the content on the basis of the importance level-calculation information acquired from the prescribed person and a preset weighting value to the prescribed person.
