Abstract:
To provide a video encoded data synthesizer capable of synthesizing encoded data composed of data units, having irregular data lengths.
A video-encoded data synthesizer 30 comprises a determination portion 31 for analyzing a data unit of video encoded data and determining whether the data unit straddles a boundary of the screen, a reconstruction portion 32 for reconstructing the data unit so as not to straddle over the screen boundary, when it is determined that the data unit straddles over the boundary, and a synthesis portion 33 for generating a synthetic screen from a plurality of reconstructed encoded data.
