Abstract:
To guide the forward end of a recording sheet accurately to the rear roller side even when it is curled significantly.
A platen 49 and a recording head 12 are arranged oppositely between a front roller FR and a rear roller RR, and a sheet sensor 35 is provided, side by side, on the rear roller side of the recording head 12. A guide member 29 having a forward end part 29A extending to the recording head side and guiding the forward end of a recording sheet including a copy sheet passed through the recording head 12 to the rear roller RR is provided on the rear roller side. The forward end part 29A of the guide member 29 is lapped over the sheet sensor 35 in the plane orthogonal to the carrying direction of the sheet.
