Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a recorder having a holding member, which can determine the mounting position of a recording head and carry out mounting easily, with a simple structure which needs no bending work.
CONSTITUTION: The extending part 40a of a recording head holding member 40 is formed so that it may be flush with the plate surface of the recording head holding member 40, so no bending work is needed in forming the recording head holding member 40. By positioning a recording head 80 so that a heating part 80a may be located on a straight line which is connected with a pair of side edges 40b of the extending part 40a, it is possible to determine the mounting position of the recording head 80 easily. Bv mounting the recording head 80 and a control substrate 82 onto the roughly flat plate surface of the recording head holding member 40, it is possible to do easy work.
