Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder which can prevent hunting of a pen and the worsening of recording accuracy.
SOLUTION: When the pitch of detection coils 41 is represented by L, a detection coil where a peak voltage ep exists out of voltages e1-en induced in detection coils 41 Lp, a distance to the Lp from the origin of a pen 10 by 1p and a correction factor by (k), the position 1 of the pen is expressed by 1=1p + k × (expression using ep). A pen position detecting/computing means 30 and 31 are provided to automatically correct the correction factor (k) in the formula based on the pitch L of the detection coils 41, a distance between an exciting coil 25 and the detection coils and an alternating current to be supplied to the exciting coil 25.
