Abstract:
To thin a recording device while a basic operation is enabled from a device front face, and also an enclosure upper face is made plane.
A carriage 12 holding a recording head 11 is arranged inside a U-shaped recording paper transfer path 40, and the recording head 11 is held at the carriage 12 to discharge ink perpendicularly downward. An ink tank 13 is carried on the recording head 11. Moreover, a paper feed cassette 50 is arranged above a paper discharge cassette 61 and in the U-shaped interior of the recording paper transfer path 40.
