Abstract:
A recording apparatus by which troublesome operation input by a user can be eliminated and power consumption can be reduced. When a processing section (17) judges that there is a change in an image to be judged, compared with a comparing image, the processing section controls a power supply control section (14) to supply power to an imaging section (12), a flash memory (15), a RAM (16) and a communication interface (11). When it is judged that there is no change in the image compared with the comparing image, the processing section controls the power supply control section (14) to limit power supply to the imaging section (12) the flash memory (15), the RAM (16) and the communication interface (11).
