Abstract:
To provide a recording material, which is excellent in plasticizer resistance and scratch resistance and onto which abrasion marks are hard to accumulate even after its long term storage and use under the state that a new coloring layer excellent in coloring sensitivity is employed therein.
In this recording material, a coloring layer including a colorless or light-colored basic dyestuff precursor and a urea urethane compound developer is provided on a support and, in addition, its protective layer is provided on the coloring layer. As the protective layer, a water-soluble polymer, various pigments, a lubricant or the like can be used.
