Abstract:
To provide a CD which substantially prohibited in copying.
The CD includes: a recording area where the first data string is encoded by a CIRC (cross interleave Reed-solmon code) 4 system and recorded; and a recording area where the second data string is encoded by a CIRC7 system and recorded. The first data string comprises a data arrayal to be decoded by the first decoding processing complementary to the encoding processing by the CIRC4 system, and the second decoding processing complementary to the encoding processing by the CIRC7 system. Data in the data arrayal include data of a value by which DSV is deviated when decoding is performed by the first decoding processing.
