PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium processing device, an image forming device, a recording medium processing system and program capable of preventing a folded recording medium from being lacked due to cutting when cutting processing is performed to the folded recording medium.SOLUTION: A recording medium folding device has a folding position setting part for setting folding positions 78, 80 of the recording media to be folded with a preset folding mode based on cutting shapes of the recording media 70, 72, 74, 76 to be cut into the preset shapes.
