Abstract:
To suppress a storage part from being broken when a user contacts the storage part.SOLUTION: A recording medium storage device is loaded with a recording medium ejected from an ejection port of a recording device installed on a grounding surface. The recording medium storage device comprises: receiving members that receive the recording medium ejected from the ejection port; holding members holding one ends of the receiving members; a pair of first mounting parts that can mount the holding members on both sides of the ejection port; and second mounting parts that can mount the other ends at the opposite side of one ends of the receiving members on a portion lower than the ejection port. The holding members are configured to separate from the first mounting parts, when force is applied from the outside of a storage part formed of the receiving members toward the inside thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
