Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a recording medium and the manufacture in which colored picture information can be provided and the information can not be substantially changed after the recording of picture information.
CONSTITUTION: A transparent film 14 and an ink receptive layer 18 are laminated in a fitting part 10 in this order. A blackened region 16 with required information is generated on the transparent film 14 by a laser pen. Next, a colored picture 20 is printed in the ink receptive layer 18. The blackened region 16 remains even in the case where the colored picture 20 or the ink receptive layer 18 are removed.
