Title:
RECORDING METHOD AND RECORDED MATTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003154799
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a recording method for producing a recorded matter with a same three-dimensional decoration furnished around an image as the image is framed, despite the fact that the image is actually not set in a picture frame.

An image is recorded, by an ink jet recording method, on the surface of a recording medium on which an ink receiving layer 2 is formed on a slightly thick base material 1. Further, a decorative part 3 with a pattern representing a decoration in an expandable ink, is recorded at four corners of the periphery of the image, using an ink jet recording process. Next, the three-dimensionally expanded decorative part 3 is formed by expanding the decorative part 3. Thus it is possible to freely form the three-dimensional decoration corresponding to the picture frame around the image in such a way that the decoration matches the image.
