CONSTITUTION: Rollers 5 and 6 are not rotated by the action of a clutch 7 when a driving source motor 10 is rotated in the direction of an arrow a', but rollers 5 and 6 are rotated when this motor 10 is rotated in the direction of an arrow b'. In the recording, the driving source motor 10 is rotated in the direction of the arrow a' to rotate a press roller 1 through a belt wheel 11, and a recording paper 3 is fed in the direction of an arrow a". At this time, rollers 5 and 6 are not rotated. When the driving source motor 10 is rotated in the direction of the arrow b' after cutting the recording paper 3 with a cutter 4, the rotation is transmitted to belt wheels 8, 9', and 11, and rollers 5, 6, and 1 are rotated simultaneously to rewind a tip 3" of the recording paper, which is cut by the cutter 4, to a point A.
