Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize the respectively and reproducing system for a moving image data in which high speed reproduction corresponding to various speeds is attained.
CONSTITUTION: An image data for high speed reproduction is generated in addition to a normal recording image is generated by a high speed reproduction encoder 8 and recorded to an initial position of scanning of each recording track. A high speed reproduction decoder 9 expands the image at reproduction.
