Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recording sheet excellent in the absorbing property of ink as well as the fixing property of a coloring matter and generating no color fading in a long period preservation after printing.
SOLUTION: The recording sheet is provided on a substrate with a porous ink receptor layer containing a quenching agent consisting of iodine or iodide and hindered amine while the porous ink receptor layer is characterized by the constitution thereof wherein inorganic grains are connected by a binder.
