Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form a closed system that maintains balance between liquid components and liquid volume by washing colored Al materials by using the permeated water obtained by passing the coloring bath removed from electroytic coloring cells through a reverse osmosis device and returning the washing liquid thereof to the coloring cells. CONSTITUTION:The Al materials 3 treated electrolytically in an electrolytic coloring cell 2 of an Ni bath and/or Co bath are fed to the 1st washing system tank 4. On the other hand, the electrolytic coloring liquid removed partly from the cell 2 is conducted through a safety filter 5 to a reverse osmosis device 6, where about 20-30kg/cm<2> reverse osmotic pressure is exerted thereupon to separate the liquid to concd. liquid and permeated water. The permeated water is conducted as washing water to the tank 4 and is used in washing away the coloring liquid stuck and carried by the materials 3. The wste water of the washing and the concd. liquid obt. in the device 6 are returned independently or jointly to the cell 2. The materials 3 are fed to the 2nd washing system tank 8 and a hot washing tank 9 where the materials are subjected to washing and hot washing; thereafter, the materials are transferred to electrodeposition painting stages.
