To improve a recovery delivery system of woodland surplus materials.

The system includes a first crushing vehicle 1 which coarsely crushes woodland surplus materials R into crude crushed chips C and a second crushing vehicle 2 which crushes the woodland surplus materials R and the crude crushed chips C into regular chips and which recovers and delivers the chips. The system comprises: a double crushing process in which the woodland surplus materials R are processed into the crude crushed chips C in the first crushing vehicle 1 and in which the crude crushed chips C are crushed into regular chips and recovered in the second crushing vehicle 2; and a single crushing process in which the woodland surplus materials R are crushed into chips and recovered by the second crushing vehicle 2 alone.
