To provide a regeneration treatment method of reclamation sand which is capable of regenerating reclamation sand in a state near to original particles of sand to utilize without discarding reclamation sand generated in a ready-mixed concrete factory and which is capable of continuously metering and feeding reclamation sand, and to provide its apparatus.
The apparatus is provided with a receiving hopper to incorporate the reclamation sand generated at the ready-mixed concrete factory, the first treatment means having at least two crushing gears equipped in the lower part of the receiving hopper and the second treatment means having a high-speed rotary vane installed below the first treatment means. The reclamation sand generated at the ready-mixed concrete factory is charged into the receiving hopper and coarsely crushed by the first treatment means having a pair of crushing gears installed below the receiving hopper. The coarsely crushed reclamation sand is regenerated in a state near to the original particles of sand by finely grinding the coarsely crushed reclamation sand by the second treatment means having the high-speed rotary vane arranged at the lower part of the first treatment means.
