Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the hygiene of recycled fuel recycled from a used paper diaper, thus to relax the psychological distasteful feeling of a user to the recycled fuel, and further, to promote the propagation of the recycled fuel.SOLUTION: Utilizing heat energy produced by burning a recycled fuel recycled from a used paper diaper, the used paper diaper before the recycling is subjected to sterilization and disinfection. Alternately, utilizing heat energy produced by burning recycled fuel recycled from a used paper diaper, a recycled fuel recycled from the used paper diaper is subjected to sterilization and disinfection.
