Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a recycled paper take-up device which can take up recycled paper produced in a small-sized used paper recycling apparatus, quantitatively in a roll form without using liquid jetting means or air feeding means and without causing slackening or breakage, and can discharge the recycled paper, and which is excellent in workability in carrying in and out thereof and so on, maintainability, safety, and economical efficiency.SOLUTION: In a small-sized used paper recycling apparatus for producing recycled paper from used paper as a raw material and taking up the recycled paper in a roll form, thereby producing recycled roll paper, there is provided a device for peeling paper stuck on a metal belt from the belt and taking up the peeled paper, namely, recycled paper (X) in the roll form as the recycled paper. In the device, a tension adjustment arm (7) and a shaft take-up actuator (11) are provided in a recycled paper process of taking up, in the roll form, the recycled paper peeled from a metal belt (Y) for papermaking installed in a case (C), and thereby, tension applied to the recycled paper is automatically sensed.
