Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method of a fiber-reinforced plastic waste material for obtaining a regenerated molded product high in characteristics from the fiber-reinforced plastic waste material.SOLUTION: The recycling method includes: a crushing step of crushing the fiber-reinforced plastic waste material and obtaining crushed objects; a sieving processing step of removing foreign matter from the crushed objects by sieving processing; and a heat-molding step of heat-melting and extrusion-molding the crushed objects from which the foreign matter has been removed. In the heat-molding step, extrusion-molding is performed using a screen mesh having an aperture size of ≥0.3 mm and ≤0.6 mm.
