Abstract:
To efficiently recycle food residues.SOLUTION: A separation device 12 removes solid matters 48 from food residues. A dehydration processing device 22 receives the fluidized food residues exhausted from the separation device 12. The dehydration processing device 22 removes moisture having salt contents melted thereinto from the food residues using a centrifugal separator or the like. A drying device 14 receives the food residues exhausted from the dehydration processing device 22. The food residues heated and dried by a first drying oven 16 and a second drying oven 18 constituting the drying device 14 are clumped and then are received by a crushing device 26. The crushing device 26 receives the food residues and crushes the residues into fine powder. This enables the food residues to be recycled as fertilizers and cattle feed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
