PURPOSE: To improve the operating rate of a radio channel by allowing a communication equipment of a group selecting one among plural radio channels to select channels with priority other than the channel used by the group disabling to select the channel.

CONSTITUTION: In applying the connection control for a radio communication equipment of the multi-channel system communicated by selecting any channel among plural radio channels including a special radio channel used by a radio communication equipment group of the signle channel system where the different specific radio channels assigned in advance are used for the communication, at first an idle radio channel exclusive for the multi-channel access system is checked and only when all exclusive radio channels are idle, an idle radio channel for the signle channel access system is checked and used.
