A sun gear 3 is provided on an output shaft 2 of a motor 1. An internal gear 5 is provided in a casing 10 such as a fixed gear case 4. This reduction gear is provided with a planetary reduction mechanism part 7 to mesh a planetary gear 6 with the sun gear 3 and mesh the planetary gear 6 with the internal gear 5. Each shaft 8, etc., supporting a plurality of planetary gears 6 protrudes and is held on a rotary base 9. The rotary base 9 is constituted so as to reduce speed, rotate, and revolve through the planetary reduction mechanism part 7 and a plurality of shafts 8, etc., by the rotation of the output shaft 2 of the motor 1. A plurality of shafts 8, etc., serve also as an output shaft for reduction, rotation, and revolution of the rotary base 9.
