Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction gear which suppresses a friction loss caused by the contact of internal peripheral edges of pockets of a cage part and rollers.SOLUTION: A cage part 15 which is rotatable between an inner gear 4 and an eccentric disc plate 8 is arranged at an axial end of an output shaft 3 which is arranged coaxially with an input shaft 2, pockets 17 whose number is smaller than that of teeth 13 of the inner gear 4 by one, or larger by one are formed at the cage part 15, rollers 21 are accommodated in the pockets 17, the rollers 21 are sequentially engaged with the teeth 13 by being pressed by a rolling bearing 12 which is fit to the eccentric disc plate 8 by the rotation of the disc plate 8 which co-rotates together with the input shaft 2, and the output 3 is reduced in speed by moving the rollers 21 to a peripheral direction by one tooth amount of the teeth 13 at each rotation of the input shaft 2. Axial side protrusions 24 contacting with the roller 21 are formed at axial side internal edges 22 of the pockets 17, and peripheral protrusions 25 contacting with external peripheral faces of the pockets 21 are formed at peripheral side internal edges 23 of the pocket 21, thus suppressing a friction loss caused by the contact of the internal peripheral edges of the pockets 17 and the rollers 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
