Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut-type reel seat of a plywood type, having excellent grip feeling and enabling a fishing operation to be smoothly carried out.
SOLUTION: This reel seat 10 is fixed to a base part 11 and the periphery surface of a screw part 22 of the base part 11 at the butt side. The reel seat 10 has a plywood body 23 of a substantially cylindrical shape having a carrying part 23a capable of carrying a leg part 100 of a reel on the outer periphery. The plywood body 23 is a part to be gripped by an angler with the reel when fishing, and forms a curved surface in the visible outline regulated so as to be narrowest at the nearly center part in the axis direction.
