A storage truck body 3 has wheels 1 on the under surface thereof, and a storage space 2 inside. A plurality of reel storage shelves 4 are arranged vertically in tiers inside the storage space 2. One side face of the storage truck body 3 is made to serve as a pull-out opening 5, from which storage shelves 4 can be pulled out freely. A support bar 6 is set to project upward on the upper surface of each storage shelf 4. The center hole 9 of each reel 8, on which a lengthy belt-shaped material 7 or a wire rod is rolled, is fitted into the support bar 6 in a removable manner, and the reels 8 fitted into the support bars are placed on the storage selves 4.
